Getting a little softer

Carlos looked in the mirror and gasped at what he saw. His once skinny-muscular frame was covered in a small layer of fat! His six pack had softened and was replaced by a little gut that poked out half an inch over his shorts, a small set of love handles were growing out from his hips, his thighs and butt were thicker, his arms were soft and flabby and his face looked fuller; a double chin was on it's way.
