The downfall of Ms Lisa Simpson.

Lisa is Bart's overacheiving nerdy sister who normally spent most of her time grubbing grades but now something unexpected would put an end to all that. It was either some pollution from the nuclear power plant got into the towns water supply and caused the females to inflate or Lisa found a magic lamp made a wish which then backfired and she inflates like a balloon.
