You wonder why the owner would put jewlrey on the bottom shelf surely it would be a counter top shelf for this stuff but anyway as you look you see some rings all with little price tags and with a small card with a name and description of each ring. You just think its quite a stretch from a costume but you wernt big into dress up anyway so just get a nice ring.
