Choji's tells his Dad to eat Kakashi.

Because Choji had gotten so enormous, he had nrequired much larger meals, so he told his dad to come over to him to talk. "Dad, since I need larger meals, and you are of the Akimichi Clan, you have more potential to grow than the others. I need you toeat Kakashi to grow before you are my next meal." Choji said. "Sure thing son, anything to help an Akimichi clan member grow." his Dad obliged. Choza approached Kakshi who had already Prepared himsel for being devoured quickly gobbled down his comparatively small frame, and just as he was digesting him a knock at the door approached.

Naruto went to the door and opened it.

It was the male of the Konoha elders.

He said, "Because of the male dominance in weight, Lady Tsunade can no longer control the males and has decided to step down. Being the fattest of all Choji, we have decided to make you the new Hokage. Do you accept?"

"On one condition. My 6 students are the first 6 of the new anbu "fat" ops and will recruit the next 4 fattest in the village, and i will teach them for the next month." Choji replied.
