An unborn baby inside Sarah's tummy

"Hey... hey there." Is the sound that you can hear softly coming from the outside. "Ha ha, I've been waiting for this for a long time." It must be Sarah, bending down at her own tummy to talk to you. "Not only was I able to make myself older, I was able to turn you into my baby, so now you'll be raised way better than my mom did."

Three months later, Sarah's parents (technically, they'd be your grandparents now) came back home and rushed into the door.
"Ah!" Sarah screams, not expecting them to arrive a day earlier.

Both the parents were stunned at what they saw; a much bigger version of their daughter sitting on the couch... and she was pregnant... and naked...

Before they can say anything, Sarah grabs the ray gun and blasts it at them.

A few seconds later, the parents look around and say,
"Oh, Sarah, it's so great to see you again!" They go up to their only child and hug her.

"It's great to see you too, guys." Sarah replies, chuckling from how well her ray gun worked.

"How's the baby coming along?" The mother says.

"Oh, he's doing fine." Sarah replies.

"Wait, how did you know it's a boy?" Mom says.

"OH um did I say that?" Sarah blushes.

"Well anywho," Dad says, "we'd best get you in some clothes."

Mom interrupts,
"And don't forget, we should also get some _____

You have the following choices:

1. stuff for the baby now."

2. diapers for... you actually. Trust me Sarah, you'll need them in pregnancy."
