It was dark and I could feel the wall pressed against my body; luckily I wasn't hanging upside down. I would probably think I was alone in the room if it wasn't for the crackling of my sister. I called out to Christy but my voice was muffled by the wall. Her increase in laughter may it obvious that she could hear me. I tried my best to tell her to let me down but I could barely understand the mumbles leaving my mouth. Christy stopped laughing and it grew quiet… had she left me?
“Christy, have you seen Joe?” the voice that asked was none other than my mother. I struggled and tried to yell for help but suddenly blaring music played completely drowning out the little noises I made.
“He left, he said he had a date,” my sister’s lie entered my ear crystal clear despite the loud music.
“Oh, I see. I’m running late can, you put his food up?” Mom asked Christy and though I didn’t hear the response but I certain she just sent Mom off leaving the two of us here alone. I could only imagine what form a torment would follow, she already had tied me up and there was nothing I can do to escape. I sighed… I was at least glad that she had some good music playing.
