At that moment a messenger slug arrived with an emergency note. Sakura looked at the slug and took the note attached "why does she use a slug to deliver an emmergency message, you guys arn't known for your speed" she sighed and opened up the message.

Sakura sighed and got up off the couch to head to the hospital. When she got there she found Tsunade waiting for her "what's the matter Hokage?" Sakura asked curiously
"You remember after your last mission you were injured and you mentioned getting his by some weird chemicals as you finished things off?" she explained "well your blood samples came back and i'm afraid we're going to have to keep you here for a while for some tests" she explained "it seems that the chemicals altered your body and mind some way. Hence why you were so tired and got the vacation from me"
"wait...i dont understand" Sakura said confused "what's different? i dont feel any different"
"what have you done during this entire week you've had off?" Tsunade asked Sakura
"erm...lounge around and watch tv" Sakura blushed
"exactly, you would never have wasted all your time like that before. We dont know anything for certain yet, hence why we need to keep you in" the large breasted Hokage explained crossing her arms under her breasts.
"i see...." Sakura said as she would have been more concerned but she just felt really tired and hungry.
Tsunade took Sakura to her own private room where she would be cared for and examined, Sakura immediatly flopped onto the bed lazily and asked the nurse for a great deal of food, none of the knowing that her matabolism was also changed by the accident and she was going to grow alot fatter alot quiker.
