Mz. Ruby just escaped from prison and only had one thing in mind, revenge. With her voodoo dolls Mz Ruby could make Sly and/or Carmelita do whatever she wants. Mz. Ruby took a moment to think of the possibilities:
"I could make them destroy each other, but that would be to boring. Or I could make them do crimes and put them in jail like I was, but no. I'll ruin their lives instead by making fat and slow."
