''He really needs a change now'' Milly says. ''He's my brother so I'll get to change him first! Besides, you got to diaper him for the first time'' says Sarah. Sally disagrees as she also wants to change your wet diaper. While they argue about who gets to do it you also realize you have to go number two. As you're already sitting on your sister's lap in a wet and warm diaper you figure the humiliation can't get much worse, and you know you'll have to poop into a diaper sooner or later anyway. So you just sigh and start pushing out the poop into the back of your diaper.
Sarah notices the smell and lifts you up to confirm her suspicions. ''Oopsie, baby made a poopsie!'' she laughs. ''Ok, big sister is going to change you to a nice clean diaper'' she then carries you to the bathroom and the other girls follow. As you lay on the changing pad she opens up the diaper and exposes your backside to the girls. ''Wow, little Bobby poops like a big boy! That's a big stinky you did in your diaper. And made a lot of pee as well, good thing we didn't have any leaks!'' Sarah says. You're very embarrassed about getting a diaper change from your younger sister as you clearly remember changing her diaper quite a few times when she was a baby, but now the roles have been reversed. ''Let's clean up that poopy butt quickly, we don't want you to get a rash!''
She begins to clean up your backside with baby wipes, carefully making sure all of the poop gets cleaned. You shiver a bit when the cold wipe touches your boy parts as she's proceeding to clean up all the pee. She hands the dirty diaper to Milly who tosses it to the trash and gives Sarah a new one. After what feels like an eternity she's finally done and picks you up. ''There we go, clean and dry again.''
