Milhouse is in Lisa's dollhouse. Lisa's dolls are very big compared to him, and he feels very uncomfortable there. The house looked like a big holiday villa, there were sports cars outside, a swimming pool imitated by a tiny puddle. Everything seemed big for Milhouse, but the most impressive was Lisa's mischievous look.
"Clean it up!" She said.
