1. Marge complains to the plastic surgeon for accidently giving her implants instead of a tummy tuck....only for him to tell her he 'did' give her a tummy tuck and 'those' are not his work. She angrily asks if they just grew out on their own...and he shows her a video recording from her after surgery (taken for legal purposes) which shows her being wheeled into recovery....and as she lay there...her chest started swelling up like a pair of yellow balloons for no reason.
2. The implants she was given were even bigger than in canon...and not the only surgury the mayors secretary was meant to receive. The mayor asks when he sees his tummy tucked secretary not only where her new chest is, but also her rear and lips.
3. The surgury was 'said' to be a tummy tuck....but really this episode it was Marge going in for her annual reduction....her breasts were not that large because of implants.....they keep growing back every year no matter what surgeons do and have been for years. If she didn't get this done annually, she shudders to think how big she'd be with a chest that hasn't stopped growing since they started growing.....and the surgeon said they can't do it right now.
4. Yeah, Marge just decides to keep the implants rather than get rid of them.
