Heading deeper and deeper into the jungle, Karen is having a bit of trouble, there are no paths and this part of the forest is very overgrown.
Pushing her way through, she stumbles and falls over. Looking up, she sees that she fell into a very small clearing. Though looking closer, she sees something else, all of the trees around her are covered in some sort of white thread.
Her attention is suddenly turned to her right shoulder, looking at her, she gets a shocked look on her face, right there staring her in the face was a giant worm.
It was a light green color with white stripes on the back of it, it was around the size of a football. Letting out a sudden scream, she swats it off of her and backs up. Suddenly, a name pops into her head, (Latch Worms). Is that what these are called? She thinks to herself.
Completely taken by surprise, she backs up and hits something, looking back it was a tree, with a sigh of relief, she turns back, only to see that the number of the worms had increased. Now trapped, she was surrounded by 10 of these things, with more coming down from the trees and out of the forest.
A weird noise causes her to look up, one of the creatures was flying at her, using the threads to throw itself at her.
