This list of WHS students is organized more or less by social group within a general "student type" Types are sorted roughly in order of where they stand in the social hierarchy; groups within each type are similarly listed more or less where they stand within the hierarchy of that type; students within a group are listed more or less by where they stand within that group. Note that a high-ranked student within a low-ranked group may, in an absolute sense, rank higher than a low-ranked student within a high-ranked group.
