From your position you saw Isabel giggling as she sat on you and flexed again her legs to put them on her own chest, looking like she was doing some sort of stretching exercise using you as her mat, but after what you witnessed and after what she said about being an alien you decided to stay quiet, not knowing what to say about all this.
And sure enough, something started to happen, your eyes widened as you saw your little sister becoming more.. voluptuous in front of your own eyes, no longer looking like an overgrown version of her 8 year old self but her breasts growing and her whole body transforming on top of you, looking like she was quickly developing, becoming a teenager and then looking like one of those 19 year old tv stars you fantasized with when the door was locked.
Isabel giggled and like everything else her voice also transformed, no longer being the charming but childish sharp tone you associated with her. You only groaned a bit, not knowing what to say and still taking in how EVERYTHING in her transformed, from her haircut that became longer, cleaner and more luscious as if she just came back from a hairdresser, her face that lost all traces of baby fat and childish features and now looked quite mature with the makeup expertly applied, and of course, her body that developed in all the right places and you didn't want to look at in detail even if the smaller clothes invited to do so because alien or not, this was still your sister to you.
Noticing your groans Isabel finally pushed herself away from you and helped you to stand up as you kept looking at her, still not knowing what to say. The whole experience was surreal, it was as if you now lost Isabel but gained a new older sister, an extremely hot one that was making you feel things you didn't want to feel.
You even started blushing, and that was when the older sister facade fell apart as Isabel just started laughing out loud. Even with her new voice, the way she laughed was like a kid.
"hahaha, I knew this would surprise you but wow, your face.. Why are you blushing Davey?"
"uhhh.. so... an alien" you ignored the taunt, still trying to sort out your thoughts. Isabel just laughed again
"Oh you believed that too? hahaha this was a great idea" Isabel had to sit down to calm herself down because she was starting to tear up from the laughter
"what? what's going on then?" you mumbled, not understanding a thing
Your sister finally calmed down and told you the truth, she was no adopted alien but last week saw a shooting star and wished to get some cool powers for fun, and these days she eventually discovered her feet could do those kind of things to herself like making her taller or make her appear older.
"It doesn't last much though, but I guess is fun for pranks!" she said excitedly
"Why with your feet though, that's weird" After the explanation you could calm down a little too and although the situation still didn't make a lot of sense to you, you were happy you were at least still dealing with good old Isabel. She just shrugged her shoulders, showing she was content with the fact that she got something cool for whatever reason.
"And can you do anything else?"
"Not that I know of, at least to myself" she grinned "I want to test it on other people so I would need your help Davey" she smiled at you
"Err, I don't know" you were curious about this too but playing with unknown forces sounded dangerous. Sure being taller and older sounded cool but what if it was permanent on other people? what if it transformed you to a woman? you shuddered at the thought.
"Come on Davey!" Isabel stood up and got a bit too close to you, her taller and.. sexier frame intimidating you "I know you will enjoy it" she whispered and taking a step away smirked at you, enjoying how her new body made you react.
