Chie resolved to train herself in the same method she used for every new "fighting style" she absorbed in a film- complete and almost mindless emulation fueled by a innate stubbornness that would make a mule cringe.
"Let's see...she isn't exactly nimble or anything, so I don't need to practice forms...but she doesn't seem like she's struggling with all that extra weight either. I think five parts eating, one part heavy lifting would work!"
She hopped to her feet to begin her training, forgetting about her leg injury. A monstrous bolt of pain extended up her leg and sent her back the couch like a punch to the jaw.
"Ok...ok...six parts eating this week." Chie lifted up her shirt. She was not a fat girl by any means, but she had the slightest cup of paunch protruding from her waist that her eating habits would not let exercise eliminate. "Heh...at least I have an easy start!" She probed the softness of her stomach with her pointer, thinking of how pudgy even this made her look next to Yukiko whenever they were in swimsuits. Finally, she could take a little pride in her tummy!
Chie resolved to try and eat something significant once an hour, and during mealtimes make sure her portions were doubled. She already felt in the mood for a steak.
