"Pleeease Heelp me!" Bobby squeals pathetically as Dawn lifts him into the air. Her cracked lips badly in need of chapstick smile. Her voice, loud as a rock concert assaults Bobby's tiny ears, "Now your mine forever." The words melt the boy's courage and he begins to cry, "Please Turn me back, Dawn, I...I....I promise I'll go out with you." Dawn's eyes magnified behind her thick glasses see right through the boy's feigned offers. "Oh no, my little pet, your mine now and nothing you can say will change it." And with that she dropped him into an open pocket in her book bag. Bobby fell roughly into a pile of pens and pencils. He tries to scramble toward the light but a giant zipper seals the pouch and his fate. In the darkness with only the company of oversized stationary, the boy once the toughest kid on the squad, weeps into his hands.
