This choice: Tanya & Edward give their replacements a tour • Go Back...Chapter #51Tanya & Edward give their replacements advice by: Michelle   Chloe and Maddy came into the living room where a copy of her mother and father were standing with two college aged girls. Tanya immediately started to explain the situation for the next 10 days. Neither Chloe nor Maddy even seemed phased that their parents were now beautiful college girls. They were more concerned with making sure this arrangement didn’t affect their social lives. Chloe chimed in, “Mom!? What about my Girl Scouts today? It’s my turn to bring snacks and you were going to make your secret recipe cupcakes?”
Tanya grinned, “First of all, with this body I’m not currently your Mom.” Tanya pointed to Steven and Ron explaining, “You’ll be calling them Mom and Dad until we are back.” Steven’s eyes got wide. He’d only been a complete woman for less than a few minutes. Now being referred to as Mom made this seem like more of a reality. Tanya told Chloe, “And there’s no need to worry. Your ‘Mom’ knows the secret recipe now and will be able to make it from scratch!”
Steven's eyebrows went up as he asked, "I do?"
Tanya leaned in and whispered to Steven, “Shh. The recipe is on my phone. It’s just a basic recipe I stole online.” Steven was relieved that he would easily be able to replicate the cupcakes.
Maddy then asked, “What about soccer? We have two games this week!”
Tanya explained, “You can still go. I know how much fun you two have playing as ‘Colin’ and ‘Mark’ on the boy’s team. Maddy pointed to her new Mom and Dad and asked, “Are they going to take our fake-family’s places too?”
Tanya nodded, “Of course they will. They will have to do everything your father and I always do.”
Ron asked, “Fake family? Let me guess. The single Mom and the toddler girl? I’ve seen them coming and going over the past few months.”
Tanya smiled, “Yep. The perky soccer-Mom’s clothes are in the spare bedroom closet. We call her Samantha. The 2 year old girl’s clothes are in the nursery where she sleeps and we’ve been calling her Megan. You’ll have to use the medallion to become them for soccer days to keep up our fake family image.”
Ron asked, ‘Uh. Who goes as the Mom and who goes as the 2 year old?”
Edward interjected, “We usually switch every other time. I guess it will be up to you how you want to rotate or not. I’ll warn you, ‘Samantha’ has a boy-toy she’s been messing around with. It’s the father of one of the other boys on the team. His name is Carl and he’s quite aggressive in the sack. Whoever goes as Samantha needs to be ready for a good time. Carl usually follows along into the ladies room for their encounters.”
Steven and Ron looked at each other with the same wide eyes. Maddy then asked, “Since you two will be gone for 10 days, it is okay if we spend a few extra days as boys? There is a sleepover at Nathan’s house that our boy-forms were invited to.”
Tanya agreed, “As far as I’m concerned, you two can do whatever you want while we are gone. If you want to spend more time as boys go ahead.” Tanya whispered to Steve and Ron, “FYI. They are waaay easier to take care of when they are boys. There’s a lot less crying and a lot less drama around here!” Tanya addressed her daughters again, “You have to be in your normal bodies on Saturday for the wedding. Oh, and I better not hear you skipped gymnastics next week. We already paid for the entire summer. You…or someone in your body better go! Your temporary ‘Mom and Dad’ might be bringing more of their family in on the medallion. If they agree to take your place, you can be whoever or whatever you want. I assume if you have body replacements that you’ll both want to be dogs and cats?”
Maddy and Chloe nodded yes in unison excitedly. Their parents didn’t normally let them have free reign of the medallion. They both loved becoming pets now and then. Tanya then reminded them, “That is, as long as you wear the special collars. You know the drill.” Tanya explained to Steve and Ron, “They have GPS trackers on them. We got them after a previous incident where they got out of the back yard and took hours to find them.” Tanya quickly showed the new house guests where the dog food, cat food and special collars were. While they were in the kitchen, she pointed out where they kept pots, pans and all the supplies. It was like she was giving a tour to the newbees.
