"Well... something will have to go in there and release the enema. And if you dont like needles I dont see what could do the trick"
The Zangoose was in silence thinking. Then it hit him.
"How about you?"
"You what?" you reply
"How about you going up my butt hole and release the enema inside."
"N...no no nonononon" you said "I wont go inside anyone's butt"
"But you gotta help, your the doctor"
You considered the situation for a minute. You didnt want to go up there, but you couldnt let him suffer with the pain.

Zan had already decided what to do. If the doctor wanted to go inside him and help, then good for Zan. But if the doctor refused, then Zan would have to shove him inside him unwillingly.
