Anna hid behind a small group of bushes which had managed to grow among the trees. She squatted there, in the shade, feeling the occasional bite of a mosquito or fly, yet she made no sound or move. As much as she wanted to slap at the annoying bugs, to do so might draw attention to herself. After all, who knew who else might be around.
Pretty soon, she heard the sounds of footsteps moving closer. She could hear small branches breaking under foot and bigger ones being kicked out of someones way. "Jimmy, if you're lying to me, I swear I'll beat the snot out of you and then tell mom you fell down the hill again."
"I'm not lying Max. The naked girl asked me to come get you."
"Uh huh," Max huffed, sounding skeptical, "And what about the part where you said she'll let me look at whatever I want if I help her?"
Jimmy colored slightly, "Max, she said she needs our help. You weren't going to come help, so I did make that part up." He cowered as his brother drew back his fist. "I only said it to get you to come. I didn't want to lie to you, but you weren't going to come so..."
Max dropped his fist and sighed, "Fuck Jimmy, I'd rather be playing frisbee than helping some girl find her clothes. What's she doing without them anyhow?"
Anna stood up, the bushes hiding her from just below her collarbones. "Max, I do need your help. I did ask your brother to get you. While I didn't make the offer he told you, if you do help me, to both get some clothes and get home safely, I'll agree to do what he said I would do, as long as you promise, no, swear on your life not to ever say a word about it to anyone." She knew that he'd never do that, no matter what he promised, but it might keep him quiet for a few weeks.
"Hmm!" he grunted. "Alright then, you step out from behind the bushes and I'll swear." Anna swallowed hard. She didn't want to move, but now she had little choice if she wanted his help. She turned and walked out from behind the shrubs. When she reached the point where she had to turn to face them, Max opened his mouth, "Damned fucking son-of-a bitch! How's that for swearing?" Then he grinned lopsidedly at her. His eyes locked onto her tiny breasts before dropping to check out her mound. Despite her having very small breasts, the light brown hair of her mound was neatly trimmed to allow her to wear a bathing suit without allowing any of that hair to show.
Anna said, "Never mind! I should have known you couldn't be trusted." She turned to walk away, tears brimming in her eyes. She didn't want to show Max just how much she had hoped for his help. In truth, she hadn't realized until that moment just how much she'd been counting on it. "That's what you get, stupid!" she told herself angrily.
Behind her, she heard Jimmy's voice, "I swear I'll help you as much as I can,both to get home and get dressed."
"What the fuck are you doing, Jimmy? You know mom said you had to stay in the park with me."
"I don't care," he yelled, "She needs help and you're being just like what mom said dad was like. He made promises, too. Then when he got what he wanted, he'd leave!" Anna could hear the pain in his voice. She could tell Jimmy was either crying or about to cry. She stopped. Max had been watching her walking away and decided she had a very nice butt. But now, when Anna glanced back over her shoulder, he was staring at his brother with his mouth gaping open. "I'm not gonna be like him! If I make a promise, I'm gonna keep it!"
"You're gonna get into big trouble."
"I don't care. Even if I get grounded for a month, I'm gonna help her!"
"Fine!" Max yelled back, "In that case...
