For a short moment Chie thought of contacting the others but with their fearless leader gone for the time-being she wasn't sure if anyone was up for a little shadow hunting. Of course the shadow replicas also really seem to enjoy involving the rest of the former investigation team whenever they confronted the dark spirits. What if this time was no different and her shadow self got a hold of the other girls...
No shaking those thoughts away Chie realized she couldn't get any of them involved, least of all her dear friend Yukiko. With an exhale of breath she walked over to her closet.
Chie now dressed in her more typical attire, green-jacket over school uniform with a pair of grieves slapped on her legs, took out the last item she'd need. A pair of eyeglasses she thought she'd never have anymore use for. Guess not everything is set in stone.
With the glasses firm in place Chie steadied herself before lunging at her mid-size television screen, thankful it was big enough for her to squeeze through in a single shot...
Chie popped back to her feet after a quick ground roll after coming into the TV world. She felt a bit nostalgic and couldn't help but wonder if Teddie was on this side or even if he wasn't could he have sensed her cross over? She shrugged no time to think or worry about the bear she had a shadow to track down and set straight, although the words her evil counterpart had struck a chord within Chie.
She grumbled mildly no way did she want to willingly get fat much less become a useless blob...then again...
For the second time Chie shook away unpleasant thoughts from her mind. She had to find her shadow and get this whole thing over with ASAP.
Eventually the girl came upon an almost inviting steak house. Chie remembered that her shadow had resided itself inside Shadow Yukiko's castle so she nor anyone else got to see what sort of location her own dark side would create.
A steak house was rather fitting, well that or a dojo really, regardless the blonde tomboy steeled herself and walked up to the front doors of the establishment.
