Defeated once again, Charmcaster sat in another Juvenile hall awaiting for her release, biding her time she seethed in her anger began affect the surrounding area in somewhat magical ways. Things began to shake as the magic around enveloped a strange pinkish hue, this was her time to break free of her shackles and get revenge upon, Gwen Tennyson.
Meanwhile, still on the road with their grandfather Max seeing the sights and helping people on their way across the country for summer vacation. Gwen and Ben were fighting with each other as usual, Ben was again fiddling with the Omnitrix trying to figure out how it works and seeing if there were other aliens for him to turn into all while Gwen tried to warn him about the repercussions of his action. "Your gonna break it again dweeb, Azmuth said that if you break it again he won't fix it again sometimes I think you don't have a brain doofus" Gwen stated snarky as ever.
Grandpa max looked back to the into the RV, using the rearview mirror to address his grandson misdeeds of trying to corrupt the Omnitrix to his own uses by breaking it to access new powers. "Ben if you mess with the Omnitrix again then you'll be grounded, just leave it alone and let it unlock by its own" Max stated harshly, hoping his point will be driven home.
Not even realizing what was actually coming to greet them upon their travels, unaware what was to transpire on this day. Seizing his attempts to unlock more alien forms for him to use against more baddies. Meanwhile Gwen was looking for more ancient artifacts and their meaning behind them, why was she able to use them and if she unlocks her magic potential, she might be of help to people. As Grandpa max drove he noticed something strange in the air, it was none other than hex's niece, Charmcaster.
Quickly Grandpa max spotted the young witch in the air, stopping the RV as fast as he could, throwing the kids in the back of the RV around for a loop, "grandpa watch it, me and doofus got thrown around back here" Gwen stated while opening the Rv door to help battle hex's niece. Ben transformed into diamond head to battle Charmcaster, while Grandpa max got some of his famous plumber tech to help Ben. Using her new found powers she made many rock golems to distract the both of them, she had another reason to track down the Tennysons. This reason was Gwen she needed her for a reason, during the confusion a smoke screen was placed into the area as well. "Grandpa, Ben? Where are you I can't see you guys" Gwen said, not no noticing the pink glowing eyes behind her with a devious grin, Fleeing the scene with Gwen knocked out, her plans will be put in place.
