It isn't, he is to be punished by Cathy.

'Sorry Anthony,' Cathy says 'But being grounded isn't a good enough reason to run away and worry your own mother.' You feel your stomache drop and Anthony looks petrified.
'Seeing as you did not fulfill the punishment she gave you, then I guess I'll just have to punish you myself.'
'But mom.' You say timidly.
'Quiet Tom, don't talk back otherwise you will be in trouble too.' She scolds. You look apologetically to Anthony. Cathy walks right up to the quivering boy, looking down at him with a dominating smile. Ann is grinning too.

'What are you going to do to me?' Anthony asks with a shaky voice.

Cathy responds...

1. 'You are going to shrink little boy.'

2. 'I'm going to turn you into an ant. Then I'm going to squish you.'
