You check on your sister and her doll, who swapped heads. You knock on Emily's door.

"Come in," you hear Emily call.

You open the door to see Emily and Polly have a tea party.

"More tea, Emily?" Polly asks.

"Why, thank you," Emily says. Polly pours tea for her. They both sip it. "Oh, hello, little brother," your sister says, noticing you. "Would you care to join us?"

"Sure, I would," you say. You are still interested as to how the guillotine's magic makes Polly come to life.

"One lump or two?" Polly asks.

"One." As the three of you are sipping tea, you talk to the head-swapped duo. "So Polly, how do you enjoy being alive?"

"It is great," Polly explains. "I can taste, touch, and smell things now. It is a wondrous experience I have witnessed."

"Yeah, she picked up some impressive vocabulary after the guillotine's magic," Emily adds.

"So Polly," you ask again, "Now that you've experienced being alive, do you ever want to be inanimate again?"

Polly answers,

1. "Yes, but for now, I want to explore the world."

2. "No. I want to be alive forever!"
