"Well I was expecting something bigger you"say disapointed.

You suddenly get an idea, you pull up a holographic image of you sister organs and make her bladder and bowels much bigger and able to hold a much bigger load,you also make here digestive system work 10 times faster making her need the toilet more often.

You smile to yourself, "I'm going to enjoy this".

You use your powers to fill her bladder and bowels to max capacity, you visibly see her stomach swell, she groans in discomfort.

You want to make here mess herself now but it would be way more entertaining at breakfast.
