As you laid there panting lightly in your sleep as you curled up on your side around the bulge in your belly that you baby sister was making, blushing and whimpering in your sleep at any movements she made inside you. Planing to wake up before your new mother got home but it seemed that your body was to tired to wake and she came home to find you in bed the way you was. "Oh my." You are jolted awake by the lady's voice and look up quickly at her as she s staring at you and your stuffed belly. "You two went and did that again?" She asked and sighed deeply showing you that it seems that the girl you took over been doing this before now for sure. You slowly nod your head as you watched the lady come over and place a hand on your belly. "Is my baby okay inside?" She asked and felt the movement under your skin making you whimper and blush as she sighed hapily to know that you made sure she was able to breath still.
"Sorry mommy." You try and play the innocent and guilty type as she shook her head. "If you are mad I won't do it any more." You tell her as you lower your head before feeling her hand gently stroke your cheek.
"It's fine dear, this is the third time I caught the two of you. Plus you told me last time that the two of you do this a lot and you promised to be careful of her and make sure not to ever hurt her. Even though I was worried about you as well. She is getting to big for you to keep doing this." She told you as she helped you to your feet. "It can't be helped now, It's morning and I got to be at work in a few hours. It is summer so you be good and take care of your sister while I am gone. I will be home for dinner though." She told you and you only blush and nod your head as you hold your belly.
"I will, see you later mommy." You tell her timidly as you feel your sister getting comfy in side your womb and makes you shutter slightly. "Love you mommy." You wave and watch her leave before taking a deep breath and looked down at your belly. "You tricked me, and now your having to much fun in there." You pouted and giggled as you poked your own belly. Sighing seeing how she was still sleeping inside you, you decided to get dress as you pulled on a pair of biker shorts on which stretched to near rip as they hugged your waist and the tube your sister breathed out of was sticking out of the end of the leg hole. You then squeezed into a tight pink skirt and shirt which wanted to hug your already tight body tighter around your sister. "Okay, let's go and eat, you may be asleep and want to eat later but I am hungry now." You protested and started to waddle out of your room and down the hall towards the kitchen as you where learning how to support your 'extra' weight with each step that you was taking.
