The family settles into their suite

George, Kate, Tracy and Richard arrive at their suite, and started unpacking stuff, the suite had three rooms, one with a couple's bed for George and Kate, one for Tracy and another for Richard, after a while there's knock at the door, and as George goes to open it he asks "Who is it?" "Room service" came a reply from outside as the door is opened, he let's the employee come in, as the family came into the main room in their suite, then some gas is released into the room as the employee puts a mask on and the family fell unconscious.

Then a voice was heard into the room, it was Dr. Moriarty, "Bring these four up to my lair, please".
"Yes, sir." said the employee.

After a while the family had been sent on four different carts up to his lab, now what does the doctor change about this family?
