From that point onwards, things continued....relatively normally.

There actually wasn't too much interaction between the two, as it wasn't too necessary to complete their work. Despite some hesitance, Naminé didn't need assistance hooking Sora up with the two replicas. Much to her joy, there weren't any notable negative effects to her doing so, giving her hope that this could actually be pulled off. Somehow, she was able to work on that as well as repairing Sora's memories at the same time, all while under Diz and Riku's nose. Thankfully neither of the two delved too deep into her personal matters as long as she was working. Not like DiZ really cared about her well being or anything the way she saw it.

She wasn't quite sure where Vexen went off to with the replica for her. In fact, the situation with Kairi almost worried her even more. As the days went on, while she was confident Roxas' situation would be resolved with as little pain as possible, Kairi was another matter. Naminé couldn't help but wonder how she was. Did she even remember Sora at this point? She had hoped her continuing repairs to Sora's memories would alleviate that, but she couldn't say for sure. Guess it was something she wouldn't know until she met Kairi herself.

In any case, she had the replicas fully set up by the 7th day Roxas had been in the digital Twilight Town, and had them carefully hidden away so they wouldn't be harmed. Vexen had briefly told her the other day that soon enough he'd come back to take Naminé to Kairi though he didn't say when. Now it was basically just a waiting game for Roxas to come.

At least these days hadn't been boring. She had been going into the simulation herself, having conversations with Roxas and slowly revealing more of the truth, at least as much as she was able before interruptions. Still, she was determined for him to see why rejoining with Sora was a good thing. Heck, she had already believed that before an opportunity was presented for Sora to be whole again yet have everyone else be able to live their own lives.

It was kind of funny in a way. Thinking on it, Naminé wasn't too sure what she'd do with a life of her own. After all, she lived with the thought that she was just Kairi and that her life and Kairi's were meant to be one and the same. And yet, the two could possibly live as separate people now. Naminé could be whatever she wanted.....whatever that was. Guess that was something she'd have to figure out later.

In any case, she knew Roxas was on approach to the mansion right now. The time was coming.

"Is this really going to work?" She wondered to herself.

She had hoped to be there to meet Roxas at the mansion in the digital world, but instead there was a data version of her, probably there by DiZ to make sure Roxas kept going. Well, she at least hoped she could have a say in it. She'd make sure she'd tell Roxas whatever he needed to know, even if DiZ couldn't care less what he learned.

In any case, as Roxas approached the digital mansion, everything was set to begin.
