In order to surprise her little friend, Elliot slowly sneaks up on her before removing her pants and panties. Then, she bends over and puts her naked ass right above Carla, before releasing a loud (not to mention smelly) fart. Carla awakes with a jolt, and begins gagging on the terrible smell. "Elliot, what happened to me!?" the little nurse screams. Elliot just laughs in response before deciding how she will torture the shrunken person.
