Watching Sakura's transformation and then seeing the pink-haired kunoichi flexing her newfound muscles in the mirror caused something to stir inside Tsunade. Seeing Sakura reveling in her newfound power reminded Tsunade of how she had felt when she had first unleashed this power in herself, how she had spent countless hours in this very room honing her body, watching her muscles grow even larger and stronger. Then she had come to fear that her muscles would make her seem too masculine and sealed her own power as a result of those fears. But as she watched Sakura doing various poses, every inch of her muscular body fully exposed, Tsunade realized that she had been wrong. There was nothing masculine about Sakura's muscles, she was still 100% unadulterated female and no amount of development ever would make her any less sexy than she was now. Having made this realization, Tsunade came to a decision.
“Sakura!” Tsunade shouted, causing her student to stop her posing and turn to face her with a startled expression on her face. “Long ago I sealed my own power out of vanity. The man I loved died because I was neither strong enough nor fast enough to save him. I don't know if my full power would have been enough to save him, but I'll never know. Seeing you unleash your inner power has inspired me! No longer will I allow my vanity stop me from using all the power I have to defend those I care about! BEHOLD! The full power of the Fifth Hokage! My chains are broken thanks to you!”
Tsunade made the same hand sign that Sakura had a moment before and concentrated her chakra, gritting her teeth as she did. The busty blonde began to let out a low growl as she felt the pain of her body starting to rearrange itself. The veins on her arms, legs, and neck became easily visible as they bulged out from the strain and became thicker and more pronounced with every second that passed. Her muscles began to swell with power, her legs thickened with iron-hard muscles. Her arms sprouted hard biceps that grew larger as the seconds passed. Tsunade's already large breasts grew even larger while completely ignoring gravity, her stiff nipples visible as they tried to poke through the fabric of her shirt. As Tsunade continued to grow, rips began to appear in her clothes.
