Debbie had been your friend since 4th grade. She was a real tomboy, wearing traditionally boys clothing and having no problem in kicking the ass of anyone who screwed with her. Most guys outright avoided her because of her anger issues, but you were her best friend and you could coax out the playful, sweet girl hidden under her violent exterior.
Anyway, Debbie had expressed an interest in TF since before the technology had even become available to the world. Since elementary school she'd loved media about anthros. She'd occasionally show you her drawings of anthropomorphic people. They were really good, and after a few years, she started drawing professionally. It paid well, enough that she could afford to becoma an anthro herself. You'd been worried about her decision. "Debbie, it's one thing to draw them, but to be one? Are you sure?"
"Of course I am! I've always been different, and I've wanted to be one since I was little! Don't you remember Halloween?"
"Yeah, you were always some sort of animal. I used to help you make your costumes."
"Well, I loved wearing my costumes even after Halloween. I loved looking like an animal. I would imagine I really was a furry."
You were rather shocked. You had never known her desires ran so deep. "I'm not trying to tell you no, just...I want you to think it through."
"I have. Come on, I have an appointment for this afternoon."
And so, you were here, waiting for your best frined to come out of the clinic as who-knows-what. "Is there a Mr. Anderson out here?" You leapt up at your name being called. An attractive female doctor was standing in the door frame.
"Yes, I'm Mike Anderson."
She motioned for you to follow her. "This way please." You followed her into the clinic. "Your friend, Ms. Pierce, asked me to get you to come back to discuss her transformation."
Your heartrate jumps. "Is Debbie okay!" The scientist turns to you and says...
