In your travels you've heard of the city of Kictle, a place of extravagance and merriment. It said that the citizen's drink, eat, and laugh to their heart's content, every day a festival. Speaking of festivals, you've heard of the city's most important event- the week long Feast of the Goddess. It is here that the citizens of Kictle and any visitors go all out in their revelries, in celebration to their patron goddess.
The thing is, you never listened long enough to find out what kind of parties these were, or what sort of thing their Goddess represented. And behind the revelries, more sinister forces may be at work... Things might get a bit... ticklish.
So then, do you travel to this place, to tickle or be tickled by drunken party-goers and mysterious strangers? Or do you have another place in mind?
