"I'm still piecing it all together." I replied, blushing. "Part of it is because of my ancestry, a boy had changed into a girl under strange circumstances ages ago and, well, I guess it's my turn now."
"That's kind of creepy and mysterious." said Garth, hiding a grin. "I like that."
I giggled then leaned my weight onto one foot, imitating Beth when she was annoyed. "A girl can't share all her secrets."
Garth's smile broadened slightly. "You sound like my sister." he said. "I guess you really are becoming a girl." he chuckled. "I came over to see if your were okay but, from what I can see, you're doing just fine."
With that, he walked to the door. I rose my hand to stop him but brought it down as he turned back to me. "By the way, you really look cute." he said. "I'll see you at school."
After Garth had left, I turned to Beth, excited as mom smiled, knowing what was coming. "Did you hear that?" I asked, almost screaming. "Garth said I looked cute!"
Beth and I began to scream and laugh, jumping up and down, waving our hands in excitement. Mom giggled, shaking her head, "Alyssa is really becoming a true girl." she thought.
Outside, Garth winced, hearing Beth and I screaming and laughing then shook his head as well. "Girls, tell them their cute and they go ballistic." he muttered. "Go figure..."
