Saya disappears!

Maya cradled her now "baby" baby sister.

"Crap! I forgot Aya had her headphones on!" Maya cursed herself.

Maya stomped her foot in fustration. Maya was also thinking about the perfume.
Just as she was about to make her decision, she felt a weight lifted off her arms.

"Saya? Where did you go?!?" Maya said to herself as she looked about only to have an empty pink blanket in her arms.

"Well,Saya isn't invisible. Did she teleport somewhere?" Maya thought.

Maya didn't know that Saya was put into the womb of the two sisters present since they were the closest to Saya when she regressed to an unborn.

Just who's womb will Saya reform into?
