"What sort of talents do you have, I mean to ask as are you good with Math or talkative enough to become a good huckster?" Mr. Fringe asked Samantha, (Sammy)
"None, sir as much I despise this place for it vale of sin!" Religious young as brash and foolhardy was Sammy then as she thought to be of no help to their cause.
"The court says you are to work here, if there be nothing special about you, we have ways of giving you a feeling of usefulness!" Mr. Fringe said, as he did a hand waving motion for someone to come and join the argument.
"Mr. Fringe, so this is her, our outspoken protagonist. Timmy could use a new partner in his balancing act, she being generally trim and those big jugs on her, she could do to increase the humor content." Suggested a gaunt looking tall as thin sort of man, speaking to the circus manager.
"No nothing that might become permanent, she is going to be with us for six months of probation," said Mr. Fringe.
"That makes her a challenge, Goat-boy might like her as a partner, after all it was he action that sent him back to doing his male striptease acting. I could make her his female double, and the patrons would love to watch them spar and/or mate together." The tall man suggested, as the thought of making the Goat-man happier, a nod of the head was all the man needed to culminate the dealing.
Taking a firm grasp to the shoulders of her blouse, the tall man shuffled Sammy off and along down a row of tents to where one tent flap lay open. "Inside," the man ordered as said to Sammy, she literally flung inside the tent and before she could react accordingly, he was inside with her, binding her wrists to a center set tent-pole.
"Stay put, as for what I have as a plan for doing to you takes two men to handle a subject!" The tall man said, and Sammy finding her wrists bound as being tight, all she could do was to await what the man had a plan for her to work, make paid restitution.
Minutes later and returning with the one man was a shorter but furrier fellow, it being his duties to check on the animal people and those who for whatever the reason required animal-costume fittings.
