"Nothing, let's go to the mall." smiling, you said.

"I have a better idea." grinning, Chris said. "The Little Sister doll company is holding tours to celebrate their opening a factory just outside of town." she turned to Sarah. "My coven and I are going to check it out, you are welcome to come along if you like, Sarah."

"Sounds like fun." smiling, Sarah said. "Only, what about Hank and Jan?"

Sarah smiled, turning to you and Hank. "I'm sure the girls wouldn't mind if two boys tagged along."

You winced, the Little Sister Doll was the newest craze among little girls and young teens. It was a lifelike four foot doll with a vast collection of accessories and a outfits to match it. Despite being five foot even, you knew that magic could change your height and appearance, making you a perfect doll. Also, you knew your sister's style of 'fun' as yours was very similar in nature. "Don't get any ideas, of trying to overpower me, sis." with a teasing finger, you said. "I too have friends, its called a collective. One scream from me and they come running."

"Then you have nothing to fear, now do you?" focusing on me, Chris said. "Look, I swear we're not always out to change you into something to play with." giving you a playful punch, she added, "You can be so paranoid at times."

"Just being cautious, Chris." smiling slightly, you said. "You would be the same way if it were reversed."

Not knowing you and Chris were only messing with each other, Hank stepped in. "I'd love to go on the tour." trying to defuse the argument, he said. "It might be fun."

"Sorry, Jan." grinning, Chris said. "You're out voted."

You sighed, though you were still smiling slightly. "We both know how this is going to end." whispering, you said.

Chris giggled a little. "One or more of us will be returning home as a cute 'Little Sister doll'." whispering back, she said. "May the best witch win."

"Victory to science." silently, you countered.

"Chris, your friends are here!" calling from down stairs, mom said.

Hearing that, you and Chris walked down stairs with Hank and Sarah following to meet Chris' coven. They were five other witches in all, each around Chris' age with mom and dad standing nearby. Dad was a tall, muscular man with hazel eyes and crew cut blond hair, a near perfect replica of you only a far more powerful mad scientist as his power rivaled magic itself. No underage witched dared challenge him directly except for mom (which is why he fell in love with her.) The young witches respected him as he too had a playful nature. "Behave yourselves, girls." with a grin, he warned. "You know the laws regarding use of power before the non knowing."

The 'non knowing' referred to those who were unaware of real magic and mad science existing, it was frowned upon to allow any such people to see us use our powers unless there was no other option or your trust in them was complete. Seeing dad wink, the girls all giggled with mom following. "That goes for the boys as well, young man." looking at me, she said, smiling. "Let's try to be gentlemen."

Mom was a tall and thin woman with shoulder length dust blond hair and ocean blue eyes, a near perfect replica of Chris only her powers of witchcraft were equal to dad's mad science. Like dad, no young mad scientist dared confront her directly, not that she minded a challenge, she too liked to play.

"We'll bring the boys back in one piece." smiling at you, Chris promised.

"The girls will return unharmed." returning Chris' smile you promised.

"Have a great time, then." waving them off, mom said.

"Tell us how everything went when you return." waving as well, dad said.

Once you and the others had left, mom turned to dad, grinning. "Do you sense mischief on the horizon?"

"Yes, I do, my dear." chuckling, he said. "Here I thought it was going to be a boring summer vacation."

They both laughed.

At the factory, you moaned slightly as you found the factory...
