The woman who now stared down at Alison was huge, well over six foot tall and powerfully built with not a single item of clothing covering her infected body. She had a well defined set of abs, and her arms and legs looked strong and muscular. Alison let out a frightened squeak as she backed away from the naked giant before her, who was clearly infected, but looking remarkably happy about it. Alison had never been this close to someone who was infected; she had escaped from her friend's before they could pass the virus onto her, and being locked in Kyle's apartment had shielded her from the worst of the freaky transformations going on around the campus.
"Going somewhere?" The tall woman asked, planting her hands on her hips.
"Kyle, we have to get out of here!" Alison turned to face him, but Kyle was clutching at his head and stumbling away.
"Alison...you have to...go...quick!" Kyle grunted as he fell to his knees.
"Kyle! What's wrong?" Alison asked, hurrying over to where Kyle had fell.
"We're in for a show!" The naked woman laughed, her enlarged breasts bouncing up and down.
Not knowing what the woman meant, Alison remained close to Kyle, wondering what was causing his discomfort. She reached out her hand to try and help him up, but a sudden moan of anguish made her jump back a step. Kyle looked up at her helplessly, then let out another moan before grabbing his chest. Alison could stare on as Kyle's clothing began to tighten around his body; while he had always been in good shape, she couldn't recall him being quite so muscular before...then it dawned on her. He was infected.
Kyle's shirt buttons started to stretch apart and burst off one by one as he gave a labored groan. His biceps swelled and tore through his sleeves, while his pants began to rip apart at the seams. His slender physique began to bulk up rapidly, transforming his model's body into that of a bodybuilder in seconds. His shirt exploded off his chest, revealing a new set of washboard abs and enlarged pecs, while his powerful new legs shredded his jeans, leaving him in his overly tight underwear.
"Kyle..." Alison tried to think of something more to say, but she was transfixed by the sight of Kyle's expanding body.
A bulge began to form in Kyle's boxer shorts, which quickly grew larger and larger. He scrambled to cover his growing manhood with his hands, but it was a useless effort. Alison just gazed at him, her jaw open, her heart racing.
"Alison..." Kyle moaned. "Run...quick!"
