Naruto’s forehead protector slipped down and covered both of his eyes. Sasuke was met with freshly polished metal and a pair of Sharingan eyes waiting to cast a genjutsu on him. It was too late to stop anything as the genjutsu fired at the blonde, only to bounce back and nail the caster head on. Sasuke felt his legs weaken and he slid to the floor losing all of his ability to walk.
Meanwhile the temporary genjutsu that the dark haired boy had placed on Naruto, shattered as the blonde slowly stood up unable to believe his own luck. Not only had he narrowly avoided total humiliation at the hands of the Uchiha heir, but Sasuke seemed to have trapped himself in the same genjutsu that Naruto was just under making Sasuke Naruto’s little brother instead of the other way around.
“Well, well, it looks like things have changed haven’t they Uchiha?” Naruto questioned triumphantly as he stood over his teammate still wearing the soggy diaper. “Now why don’t you lay down and we’ll get to work,” Naruto said quoting the Uchiha from earlier. Naruto removed Sasuke’s shirt and pants leaving him in nothing but his tidy whities and his sandals. After removing the blue footwear and Sasuke’s underwear the raven haired boy was completely naked.
Sasuke sat lied there helplessly as his teammate began to strip him down. He couldn’t believe how quickly the tables had turned. Things weren’t looking good for the Uchiha, especially since he saw the blonde start to remove his diaper.
Naruto took off his soggy diaper and started to lift up Sasuke’s butt. “Naruto what are you doing?” Sasuke panicked. Just then Naruto released his hold on the Uchiha and let him fall back down into the cold urine filled diaper with a soggy splat. Naruto removed the orange pacifier from his mouth and inched it nearer to Sasuke’s face, “Open wide now.”
Sasuke obediently opened his mouth and allowed the wet orange pacifier, sweet with Naruto’s saliva, into his mouth. He began suckle like a helpless baby as Naruto returned to finishing the diapering process. The blonde pulled the soggy diaper up over the Uchiha’s privates and taped it shut before standing up to admire his work.
Sasuke on the other hand felt his member begin to recede and shrink as the cold soggy padding caused him to shiver. He saw Naruto walk away, leaving him there on the living room floor, dreading whatever was about to come next. A few minutes later the blonde returned fully clothed with a bottle of milk. He sat down in a chair and motioned for Sasuke to come over to him.
Sasuke tried to resist crawling like Naruto had, but was unable to prevent himself from reaching the blonde’s chair. Said blonde scooped the diapered Uchiha up by the armpits and laid the helpless ninja on his lap. “Ok Sasu-chan I got you a nice warm bottle now open up,” Naruto said removing the orange pacifier.
Sasuke reluctantly opened his mouth and allowed the nipple of the bottle into his wet cavern with a grimace. Slowly he started to suckle the rubber teat and extract the warm milky liquid. The taste was disgusting and Sasuke realized that Naruto was bottle feeding him the rotten milk. “There’s a good baby boy,” Naruto crooned as he slowly began to rub the dark haired boy’s tummy.
“I’ll bet you like your little bottles and your wet diapers. That’s why you came back to me so soon wasn’t it?” Naruto asked rhetorically since Sasuke couldn’t answer due to the bottle. Naruto patted Sasuke’s diaper, squeezing it a little to make it feel as though jelly were assaulting Sasuke’s now growing erection. The dark haired boy quickly finished his bottle just in time to hear his stomach rumble.
“Well I know you’re not still hungry so it has to be something else,” Naruto replied grinning evilly. Sasuke knew it too as he felt the growing pressure in his bowels build up.
Suddenly there was a burst of pressure, Sasuke felt it coming and tried to clench but his butt hole seemed to have other plans. In his genjutsu he had dictated that he would have to use the diaper and that he would lose all control and that was just what was happening right now. He felt a warm mass pour into the back of his diaper as it slowly began to spread to the front and sides. It was the most disgusting feeling he had ever felt, so why was his member still growing?’
