They Felt Pressure in their Bowels

Naruto and Sasuke began to feel pressure in their bowels as they nursed on their bottles.
“Those pills were actually potty medicine so that you have to pee and poop. You two are going to learn to be my babies,” Hana said smiling sweetly.
Naruto and Sasuke wanted to stop sucking on the bottles but the robotic arms wouldn’t let them. They were trapped and suddenly the chairs reclined even more and began to vibrate as the soft furry fleece began to give them a nice massage. The chairs also grew warmer to relax the two even further hoping to coax them into letting loose. The blond diapered ballerina was nearly finished with his bottle now leisurely sucking on the small amounts left. He felt the urge to pee and started to hold it in, but in his relaxed state it was futile and he felt his crotch barely grow warmer at all as the pee began to trickle into his diaper. The blond boy closed his eyes and smiled as the robotic hands removed the nipple from his lips. A nice and big pacifier was brought near his mouth and he eagerly latched onto it, happy to continue sucking. His fleece chair tilted back upright a little and he was slid even further into it as it engulfed his upper body until only his head was poking out. The chair then began to move and it brought him closer to Hana.
“What a good little baby you are,” Hana said smiling at the serene look on the blond’s face. She bent over him and kissed him on the face. Naruto wriggled around in his comfy cocoon at her tender kiss. He giggled lightly and farted as the second pressure in his diaper was released filling the back of his diaper up with warm mushy poop.
”One down,” Hana thought as she had the chair pull Naruto away to get him ready, ”That one is such a darling, this other one though will require a bit of work.”
Sasuke meanwhile didn’t even notice the absence of his blond partner too preoccupied with trying to find a way out of this. The massage wasn’t doing anything for him and neither was the extra warmth in his lovely chair. The dark haired boy could feel the pressure getting worse and worse down in his stomach area. He finished the first bottle and prayed for relief believing that now all he had to do was keep holding in his fluids and messes until Hana gave up and let him use the restroom or someone came and helped him.
Unfortunately a second bottle was prepared and brought for the Uchiha to begin feasting again. From his reclined position he couldn’t see that the robotic hands had added more pills to this batch. The raven haired boy weakly accepted the rubber nipple of the bottle, too busy trying to prevent himself from losing it. He began sucking once again attempting to use it as a distraction from the growing pressure. Despite being on the verge of wetting and messing himself, Sasuke had never been so comfortable in his entire life the warm massage was doing wonders to relax him despite the pressure. He began to feel lightheaded though and he began to wonder if something new was in the current bottle.
“This next bottle should help you relax even more,” Hana smiled still sipping her own non-contaminated tea.
”I thought as much,” Sasuke muttered in his head silently. The lightheaded feeling grew stronger as did the pressure suddenly his quitter thoughts began talking, ”We might as well just give in, Sasuke. She’s got us trapped and it’s only a matter of time before the bottle takes its affect fully. Why not just let it all go?” The voices spoke in his mind. The raven haired boy shut his eyes and concentrated fiercely but he felt some large muffling earphones being placed over his ears. They were super large and silenced the world around him before replacing the sound with soothing white noise.
White noise that involved waterfalls! The raven haired boy finally relaxed and his anus unclenched releasing a large amount of poop into the back of his diaper. Taking a dump had never felt so good to the dark haired boy as the robotic hands removed the bottle and gave him a large pacifier to suck on as well. The raven haired boy didn’t care even a bit and took the pacifier in his mouth happily. The relief felt so good and not even the squelching sound his diaper made when his chair tilted upwards, sliding him down even further into the fleece could stop him from relaxing. Sasuke felt the pressure return in the front of his diaper and let loose wetting himself without a care in the world. He sucked his pacifier as the headphones continued to soothe him while the warm fleece massage his entire body. He was brought over to Hana who kissed his forehead before he was shipped off presumably to meet up with his blond companion.
“Jeeves,” Hana called out addressing the robotic butler.
