As this was going on, James and Vince were coming back from maneuvers having ended early as they began to walk back to the cabin where Luffy was left behind as James and Vince were coming back home with some added stuff...
"You think Luffy will like the gift we got him on our way back?" Vince said as he held up a stuffed bear in a sailor suit something he thought the bear would fit Luffy and reward Luffy for improvement since the interview...
Ever since the interview was done, Luffy was getting better in the Toddler Training Classes at the Marine Academy, his grades and performance were getting better, he was no longer the dead last in the class, he was hovering around the lower end of the middle part of the class, something that proved that what James and Vince did to Luffy was the right thing to do...
Luffy's behavior to them was getting better as well, Luffy becoming more of the good little brother that James and Vince wanted Luffy to become and both of them were certain that Luffy would be a good Marine Cabin Boy in the future...
However, as they were walking up to the cabin, they saw that the door was open and a pirate was standing there with an unconscious Luffy over his shoulder...
Zoro saw that the kids who were Luffy's big brothers from the interview were there and just decided to leg it and make it to his ship as James and Vince, continued to give chase to Zoro, with Zoro trying to find a way to the ship he had to get away from the island...
James and Vince though kept pace with Zoro and even managed to overtake him at one point, cornering him up against a dead end with James and Vince closing in...
"You're not going to take our little brother away from us" Vince said angrily at Zoro as Zoro said, "I'm not going to let you brainwash my captain any longer" as Luffy was still knocked out on his shoulder...
With that James and Vince angrily stepped forward and got ready to fight Zoro...sure that they would be able to defeat Zoro...
