Kacchan had always been like that when they were kids so, maybe, it was time to make him experience something that a tough guy like him, always the one picking on others, had never gone through. Thus Midoriya, with a smile, clapped his hands and announced: "Kacchan, I dare you to let Sero use his Tape to give you a wedgie like a fishing rod and...".
Everybody's attention was now again on Midoriya, especially Bakugo's. He simply let go of Aoyama before he could punch him and, with his usual overconfident attitude, fired back right away: "Really? That's all you got, Deku? You think I'm scared of having that idiot giving me a wedgie? I'm not a wimpy loser like you!".
"You didn't let me finish, Kacchan. I dare you to let Sero give you a fishing rod wedgie with his tape... and not make a sound while all of us get a round of spanking your butt!" Midoriya added with an even larger smile, "Think of it as a never before seen game of tetherball!". Midoriya knew that neither a simple wedgie nor a spanking, no matter how strong, would've caused Kacchan to flitch, he was just too prideful and resilient. However, combining the two of them and getting everyone to make fun of him, now that was something Midoriya knew could go under Bakugo's skin.
"DAMN, MIDORIYA!" Kaminari shouted, giving his friend two thumbs up. "That's so evil, are you sure you're not a villain in the making?" he added, smirking a little.
Bakugo, instead, wasn't smirking. He wasn't exactly concerned either, after all, there was nothing to be afraid of from that damned nerd, but he certainly didn't like the idea of him spinning around like a ball for those idiots' amusement. He then turned around and pointed at Sero: "Get on with it you fool, you heard the nerd!".
"O-Oh... I don't even know what to say..." Sero initially muttered. When his usual fun-loving self finally came back, he rubbed his hands together: "Alright! Being the one to wedgie the king of Class 1A himself is quite the honor, I'll put it on my resume!". He walked around the room and got behind Bakugo, calculating the best distance for his tape to catch the waistband of the Paw Patrol briefs. Sero then looked at one of the horizontal planks that were decorating the ceiling and shouted: "Let's goooo!!!". He released his super-strong tape from his right elbow, which shot through the room, passed above the plank, and descended right on Bakugo, sticking to the waistband of his underwear. With a grunt, Sero then pulled his tape down and Bakugo went up.
It took Bakugo more effort than he would've liked to admit not to let out any noise. He immediately found himself dangling in the middle of the room, the floor a couple of feet below him and, more importantly, fighting against the wedgie. Much like Midoriya had guessed, Bakugo had never been wedgied in his life: he had always been the top bully of his school. So now, having his underwear stretched high in the air and being unable to stop it, to not lose the dare, was a new one for Bakugo. A painful one, for that matter, but he kept his face straight and didn't say anything.
Midoriya was quite impressed with Kacchan's self-control, not that he was expecting anything less from him... at the beginning of the challenge, that is. As he stood up and lifted his arm, Midoriya joked: "So, how does your first wedgie feel, Kacchan?". He then lowered his hand and gave Bakugo a loud spank on his butt, now exposed more than halfway through due to the wedgie.
Bakugo would've loved to insult Midoriya in the most profane way possible, but he swallowed his own curses and remained silent. Due to the spank, he was tossed around like a ball, which meant someone else was going to spank him. And so they did: Aoyama, Sato, Shoji, Tokoyama, all of them gave him a spank on the butt as he continued spinning around the group. As his butt was getting slightly red, Bakugo was starting to flinch and sweat a little, not only for the increasing effort to ignore the pain but also to not answer his classmates' remarks and jokes. People like Iida, Koda, Todoroki, and Kirishima didn't really bother him that much... but then it was those two's turn
"I'm surprised you haven't exploded yet, Bakugo! Is the wedgie numbing your tongue?" Mineta joked when Bakugo passed over him as he spanked his butt. Then Kaminari got his chance and, as he spanked Bakugo, Kaminari remarked: "I guess Bakugo really took Midoriya's experience to the heart, he has learned so much from him!".
Not only the damned dwarf was making fun of him, now Dunce Face was comparing him to Deku! But Bakugo wasn't like that loser, he would've never lost to such a ridiculous dare! And he would've shown just how well he could handle a wedgie like that, no matter how much it was now cutting between his buttocks and crushing his lower regions. After Kaminari he would've completed the round, returning to Midoriya and completing his dare. He just had to remain silent a few more seconds and show all of them how much better he was than Deku, the guy who cried when a kid spa-
Wait. Why was that cursed brat standing right after Kaminari? And why was he raising his arm? And why was he smirking with the same shit-eating grin Bakugo had when he was the one spanking Deku? Indeed, when the spinning Bakugo passed right next to Kouta, the kid spanked him on the now fully red butt. After all, Midoriya said "all of us", which technically included him too.
