A) Gohan took a lot of damage in his fight with Cell, and Dende's healing has a rather big weakness that was noticed just after the Dragon Balls were used. Since he's Namekian, he doesn't have a bladder or any considerations for that part of the body, and Cell's attacks left Gohan unable to feel when he needs to go.
B) Chi-Chi wants her boy back. With some help from Bulma, she slowly forces Gohan back into toddlerhood.
C) Chi-Chi wants Goten to have a potty training buddy, but eventually while Goten progresses further, Gohan only regresses.
D) A poorly worded and unintended wish sends Gohan back to diapers.
E) Goku's desperate for Gohan to become a Super Saiyan, so desperate that toilet breaks are off limits. By the time Gohan's done in there, his hair isn't the only thing that's yellow.
F) Chi-Chi sends Gohan to school a few years before canon. Humiliation ensues as Gohan tries to adjust to school life.
G) Much like how Boo and Kami split themselves into a good and evil half, after the battle with Cell Gohan's sadistic desires split off into another 'Gohan', one with all of his abilities and ready to humiliate the sissy that's been holding him back.
H) A young Goten and Trunks decide to prank Gohan using some of Bulma's inventions. From Ki Suppressers, to upgraded Piggy Pills, a weaponized version of the Microband, Gohan's in for a world of torment.
I) Gohan decides that his power is too much to handle, and seeks help. Either Bulma gives him something that takes a bit too much out of him, or a poorly worded wish follows.
J) Gohan has night terrors after the Cell Games and can't stop wetting the bed. Slowly, he's made to wear pull ups, diapers, is moved to a 'Ki Suppressing Crib' to stop him from shaking the house in his nightmares, and eventually starts having trouble during the day.
