In the center of the room was a huge stone column that connected the cave floor to the ceiling. It was well carved and handcrafted as the roughness of stone seemed nonexistent from its smooth base and shaft. What was odd about the column was the shaft.There was some weird markings all around it. It looked like some kind of runes or alien language.
Fox took a closer look at the markings. "What could this mean?" he said to himself. Then he placed his hand/paw on the column, and then abruptly, the runes on the column began to glow. He was in total panic as he tried to get his hand off the column, but it was stuck. Next, he felt a powerful sensation raced through his body. After a few minutes, the glowing faded and the flow of energy ceased. He was able to remove his hand of the thing and backed away from it.
He breathed heavily while still in shock. "What the heck just happened?!' he yelled. He felt tingling all over his body after receiving such energy.
