Your new brother

Her breasts suddenly start shrinking, and she starts yelling that she believed your mom. Your mom doesn't listen though, and her breasts completely dissapear. Then she says she has a weird feeling in her waist, so she pulls down her skirt. You yell in amazement as you relize she doesn't have a vagina or penis. Your mom, seeing that then whishes that you sister(now brother) is a boy, and you watch as a penis grows out of her. Then suddenly her tanktop and skirt morph into a t-shirt and jeans, and her bra dissappears.

Now your mom whishes that

You have the following choices:

1. You and your sister(brother) have a relationship

2. Nothing, she doesn't wish for anything.
