battling for survival

as you see your family walk down the stairs, you head back to your room, and try later.

as you head back, you notice a Crumb of what looks like a piece of a ritz cracker is on thet floor. you head closer to it, and plan to grab a bite, but you are unaware of another who wants it. as suddenly, you turn around to see a giant spider behind you. in fear, you accidently trip over the crumb. the spider looms nearer to you, obviously with intentions to eat you. you look around and find a useable weapon in an old thubtack, it looks liftable. should you do battle or try to run away?
