Later no one had noticed the
flowers had gone through 3
more growth spurts and were
now the size of farm crops.
One reason was that an animal
had dug them up and dragged them
away.
Meanwhile Amy was as of yet seemingly
unaffected by the strange canister
as of yet.
Outside a few men in lab coats
looked worriedly before finding
one of the enlarged flowers.
“Thank goodness the flower is
dead and presumably the
witness was mistaken about a
child being sprayed.
The implications could be disastrous”
said 1 of the men.
“What would happen if a child was
affected boss” asked another.
“Well for starters the effects would
likely take longer to become noticeable
as enlarging a human child
who might still be growing is a very
different matter than growing a plant.
That’s not to say the formula wouldn’t
work. Hell it might even be more
effective on a child than a plant
since growth in one’s youth can
be easily influenced positively or
negatively”
Little did anyone know that
Amy was having a bad dream
when it began.
Amy was dreaming some bullies were
tormenting her for being “short” in
their eyes.
She was unaware that her body
was beginning to swell and
enlarge and her PJ’s were getting
tighter.
It was slow but steady for a good
5 minutes or so but
the 6 year old had grown but in size
only and while not the same increase
as the flowers was now 4 inches taller
than her older sister having gained
at least a foot and a half and
grown proportionally all over.
In Amy’s dream the same incident
as yesterday occurred but
she grew faster and more.
A 10 foot Amy loomed over her
tormentors who had pushed her
in a puddle but now luck was on
her side and the tables had turned.
