"she's....she's here, in the stadium, she's enslaved the people kept there with her magic...us too...ahh my head" the tiny pilot continued on but Wonder Woman stopped listening. She bent over slightly and deposited him on top of a skyscraper. As she stood back up to her full height she scanned the city looking for the stadium, meanwhile ignoring the continued barrage of bullets and missiles. She spotted it over by a bend in the river that cut through the town. In a few strides she was there standing over it. The roof had been pulled over the rest of the circular building, prevented any debris from the copters and planes from falling in. Wonder Woman knelt down so that she rested on her knees and grabbed either end of the circular roof. With almost no effort at all she ripped it from its steel anchors and casually set it aside. She looked down to see a rather modest in size football stadium which was illuminated by bright spotlights. Inside she saw a crowd of people all standing in a circle around a floating, glowing figure. "Circe" she rumbled, "let them go...NOW!" she roared angrily. "Oh soooo pushy, and so disrespectful..." Circe mused. "No need to be so angry child, I have done nothing...truly terrible to them...yet..." she cackled. Wonder Woman reached down to grab the glowing figure but before she could reach her Circe said..."Ah ah ah.....you wouldn't want anything to happen to this poor young man now would you...". Wonder Woman looked closer and saw that she had the same boy from before wrapped tightly in illuminated chains, floating next to her. "Release him!" she said, pounding her gigantic fist on the ground, causing the entire building to quake. "Ahh but if I do that, then things would just be...too easy for you dear" she said slyly. She began to laugh evilly, throwing her head back as she did. Wonder Woman took her chance and reached down, flicking the tiny goddess across the stadium. She quickly reached over and scooped the boy up out of the air, just as Circe's spell broke and he began to fall to the ground. She brought her hand up..."you ok little one?" she asked anxiously. The boy was dazed but nodded, just as a powerful ray of light shot out at Wonder Woman. Luckily she reacted quickly and deflected the magical energy with her bracelet. "YOU INSOLENT FOOL, HOW DARE YOU!" Circe screamed, with almost the same intensity as the giant superheroine. "ATTACK MY CHILDREN!" she cried. The crowd in the stadium suddenly seemed to fade from their human form to that of some twisted gray demons. They took to the air, surrounding Wonder Woman, breathing fire and reigning magic down on her. She stood up, swatting the monsters away, but there were too many. She looked down at the boy who was being thrown about in her hand as she moved. "Hold on, don't worry I'll keep you safe..." she said as she....
