You continue grunting, releasing more lumps onto the floor. As you poop, you also begin to pee. As your bladder gives out, it starts to spread onto the poop lumps, turning them mushy. Soon, you release your poop rapidly as diarrhea, you also have finished peeing. After that, you finally stopped.
