Paloma's new... issue.

Sure enough, Paloma had a new growth on her body. Right on her abdomen was a sizeable bulge that hadn't been there recently. Touching it, she noticed a concerning sloshing sound coming from it.

"Am I turning into a cow?" Paloma wondered out loud. She shook her head; maybe this was just some kind of mad dream. Of course, trouble was only just beginning, because...
