Dark Samus does not have a human form, and therefore does not have feet. But She kinda can if Samus is corrupted by Phazon corruption inside her while in Corrupted Hypermode and transforms into Dark Samus in the game over screen.
So there's that possibility... There's also another way we can go with.
The space pirates abduct someone who is possibly the best in the universe at cloning. They are forced to try to re-create Dark Samus, but not the Omega Pirate. Somehow, the pirates have a sample of Samus's DNA. However, The cloner knows that if they are successful, they'll be killed by the space pirates. So the cloner has to make sure they will be able to survive, so they make a few modifications to Dark Samus. Somehow, it gives Dark Samus the ability to change into a human form. One that kinda looks like Samus, but still shows signs that she is not Samus (like some veins glow and her hair is black.) Of course, Dark Samus will still be cold, vengeful, calculating, and merciless to all, even to the cloner.
