his transformation begin with his legs

suddenly he feels a a painful cringe in his feet. he winces at the sensation as bones shrink and crush together. his shoes are now much bigger on his feet, and loses his balance a little.

"ow! what the hell?" he yells.

he flip flops over the bathroom that was right next to him. he takes of his loose shoes and socks. he looks at feet but is shocked at what he finds.
his feet have not only shrunken, but now have bright red toenails. they also look older, the calluses are thicker and rougher, and large bright veins are highly visible. there are even liver spots on the top of them. they look like they were......older. much older.

"what is going on?"
